Well, first the good points.It's a cheap, small fan that moves surprisingly a lot of air. It looks good.It tilts 90 degrees and if you rest it between the edges of the stand and the fan case, you can get it to blow downwards.It's well-built and seems pretty sturdy.

The bad point is the noise.It is really, incredibly noisy.I live in the middle of big city right across from a 24-hour supermarket that has vehicles coming in to deliver things all day and night so I'm used to a bit of noise, but this fan beats them all.If I put the fan too close to me, I actually get a headache from the noise!So if you need this fan to create some ventilation in your kitchen or bathroom, then it's perfect.But if you're going to be anywhere near to it for a long time, then it's far too noisy.
